Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes.
• Follow standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices.
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items using kitchen equipment.
• Portion products, follow recipes, and ensure attractive plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at the station and kitchen.
