Buzz Hospitality is seeking a passionate kitchen team member for Rí Rá Irish Pub in Portland, ME. You will prepare high-quality menu items for service and events to exact specs, while keeping stations clean and organized for service.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, full-service scratch kitchen. State/county food service licenses are preferred; competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, full-service scratch kitchen.
• Passion for food and culinary techniques.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain cleanliness.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a guest-focused environment.
• State or County required license for service of food (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Preparing high quality, timely food menu items for general service and private events to exact specs.
• Complete prep and portioning tasks as directed by kitchen leadership.
• Restock stations proactively and keep work-stations clean and inspection ready.
• Adhere to health & sanitation SOPs.
• Ensure set-up and break-down tasks are completed to standard.
• Follow local/state laws related to food service.
