Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, full-service scratch kitchen.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to follow health and sanitation SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality, timely menu items for service and events.
• Complete prep and portioning tasks for service as directed by kitchen leadership.
• Restock stations by preparing general items for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
• Ensure setup and breakdown tasks meet standards.
• Follow local and state food service laws and BOH guidelines.
