LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is hiring a Cook to join our culinary team in Seattle. Under the Lead Cook/Sous Chef, you will prepare and cook menu items, ensure quality, and maintain a clean, organized work area while following food safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a relevant bachelor’s level education, at least 1 year of cooking experience, and a culinary certificate. English proficiency and strong teamwork are essential to serve guests with Pacific Northwest-inspired American cuisine.

Qualifications

• Must speak English fluent enough to deal with customers and teammates.
• Culinary certificate required; advanced certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of contemporary American cuisine with Pacific Northwest influences.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer proficiency and kitchen operations knowledge.

Responsabilités

• A Cook works under the Lead Cook/Sous Chef's instructions in preparing and cooking menu items.
• Keeps the workplace clean and organized.
• Assists with food production and ingredient prep per recipes.
• Communicates effectively with teammates and kitchen managers.
