Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Meet with Sous Chef to review assignments and daily changes.
• Start prep and assist Line Cooks throughout the shift.
• Set up and breakdown workstation; close duties at end of shift.
• Maintain proper storage and follow health guidelines.
