Job summary

The Unknown Hotel is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to safely prepare all food items according to standard recipes and specifications. You will help ensure quick product turnover, respond to guest inquiries with a positive voice, and support cooks in maintaining quality and cost controls.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting, are 21 or older, and can work varied shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in compliance with recipes and specifications.
