Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Line Cook in a hotel/resort or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Review assignments and anticipated business levels with the Sous Chef/Station Cook I.
• Start prep work for the day and assist line cooks throughout the shift.
• Set up workstations with mis en place, tools, and supplies; breakdown at shift end.
• Maintain proper storage procedures and follow health department guidelines.
