Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items per standard recipes and production sheets.
• Assist in bulk prep, catering prep, and receiving deliveries.
• Maintain line sanitation and collaborate with kitchen team.
• Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Work at three concept stations and ensure timely service.
