Job summary

Quest Food Management Services is seeking a Cook II to support cafeteria service to Quest standards. You will follow production sheets, assemble items, and maintain line sanitation while assisting in multiple concept stations and ensuring food safety.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent, 2 years as a line cook, and state/local Food Handler certification. HACCP guidelines must be followed daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook.
• Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience.
• Must meet state and local Food Handler certification requirements.
• Able to follow recipes and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food as assigned per directions and production sheets.
