JACK Main is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member in Cleveland, OH to uphold fast, sanitary prep of all menu items per established recipes and standards. You will collaborate with fellow cooks and expeditors, maintain cleanliness, and support cross-training across the kitchen.

Desire is for at least 3 years of culinary experience, strong leadership and customer service skills, and the ability to work flexibly including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently.
• Stand or walk for long periods (4+ hours).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle varied shifts, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with team about item availability and prep.
• Fast and sanitary preparation of menu items per recipes.
• Ensure cleaning of work areas and assist with cleaning in others.
• Cross-train department staff and support team.
• Control food production: cooking methods, times and temperatures; proper storage.
