Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore Hotel is seeking a Line Cook II to support kitchen operations across several stations, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards. You will work two AM breakfast shifts (Sun/Mon) and various afternoon/PM shifts, collaborating with the busy hotel kitchen to deliver high-quality meals for guests, banquets, and dining outlets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work multiple stations with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, season, and cook food items in assigned station(s).
• Follow standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs.
• Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes.
• Assist with mise en place, prep work, and station setup.
• Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment per health/safety rules.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Support banquet and catering functions as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Report equipment issues or food quality concerns to supervisors.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
