Evermore Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL seeks a skilled culinary cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will prepare hot and cold items, follow recipes, and help deliver memorable dining experiences across our resort properties.

With at least two years in a restaurant or banquet setting, you’ll collaborate closely with chefs and junior staff, uphold strict food safety standards, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment at a premier destination near Walt Disney World®.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a culinary cook in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• Ability to read and understand recipes, instructions and safety information in English.
• Ability to obtain a food safety card.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient with knives and kitchen tools for cutting, chopping, and slicing.
• Capable of thriving in a busy, collaborative kitchen environment.
• Strong time management and communications for a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge of hot and cold line stations.
• Prep and cook a diverse range of dishes according to menu specifications.
• Maintain high culinary standards in taste, presentation, and portions.
• Ensure sanitation and safety guidelines are followed.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and coordinate with teammates for workflow.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Stock and maintain designated food stations and rotate stock as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
