Aspen Snowmass is seeking a Cook I to join our kitchen team in Idaho. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, follow standardized recipes, and maintain state-of-the-art kitchen safety and cleanliness.

This role reports to the Chef de Cuisine and supports inventory, training, and daily operations. The ideal candidate has a culinary background, 3 years of experience in food preparation, and a ServSafe-like certification.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of multiple cooking techniques: baking, broiling, grilling, sauté, roasting, blanching.
• Food handling, safety and restaurant guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook items according to recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Train others on kitchen equipment and operation.
• Ensure portion sizes and presentation meet quality standards.
