The Little Nell in Aspen is seeking a Cook III to assist with station assignments and prepare hot and cold foods to Chef de Cuisine specifications, ensuring cleanliness and timely production. This role reports to the Chef de Cuisine.

Applications accepted until October 25, 2026. A culinary degree or equivalent and ServSafe certification are preferred; 1 year of food prep experience is also favored for this role.

Formación

• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of food preparation experience preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety course certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare & serve food items according to standardized recipes and chef specifications.
• Follow daily preparation list to ensure items are ready for service.
• Cook food to order and work stations (sauté, grill, roasting).
• Organize kitchen items and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Set up, work, and breakdown station; ensure smooth operation during service.
• Submit production needs for following day and assist team as needed.
