The role includes assisting with inventory, ordering, and coordinating with the Sales team to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position requires at least one year in hospitality or restaurant food service and strong communication skills to collaborate with departments, guests, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hospitality or restaurant food service experience.
• Read, write, and verbally communicate effectively with other departments, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare various food items and meals for hotel restaurant and catering functions.
• Understand food cost and portion control while maintaining quality.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness, organization, and presentation as needed.
• Coordinate catering reservations and food preparation with Sales to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and beverage items.
• Support training and monitoring of kitchen staff as necessary.
