Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Downtown is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server to deliver warm, attentive service in a bustling hotel dining room. You will take and input orders, serve guests, and ensure accuracy and presentation while upholding brand standards.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to multitask, knowledge of menu and allergens, and comfort with POS systems. Prior hospitality experience preferred; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and take accurate orders.
• Input orders into the POS system and deliver food and beverages.
• Check back with guests and maintain table cleanliness.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol guidelines.
