Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and culinary standards.
• Ensure food is prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
• Properly handle, store, label, and rotate food products.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Work efficiently during busy dinner service and stay calm in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with the culinary TEAM to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with food preparation, kitchen setup, and closing duties as needed.
• Monitor food quality and freshness throughout the shift.
• Support a positive, professional, and TEAM-oriented kitchen environment.
