• Develops SOPs to maximize quality and ensure banquet and outlet service.
• Ensure presentation meets photo-record standards and menu changes are implemented.
• Control costs by following procurement guidelines and managing assets within budget.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and comply with safety regulations in the kitchen.
