Key Accountabilities

1. Make each meal visually appealing and flavorful, adding your unique touch to meet high standards and create memorable guest experiences.
2. Manage your kitchen area by overseeing supplies and equipment, and minimizing waste.
3. Report any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents to your supervisor or duty manager.
4. Contribute to a safe environment by following safety procedures and wearing protective gear as required.
5. Maintain cleanliness that meets or exceeds local hygiene and safety laws.
6. Assist with washing dishes and other kitchen duties as needed.
7. Enhance guest experience by addressing queries and providing advice.
8. Wear your uniform proudly.
9. Perform other duties as required to support the team.

Key Skills & Experiences

1. Physical strength to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
2. Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math.
3. Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
4. Compliance with local laws on food handling and alcohol service, being of legal age, and fluency in the local language.
5. Excellent communication skills, friendly, welcoming, and approachable.
