Qualifications

• Experience as pantry/prep/line cook in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Experience with fresh ingredients.
• Able to read and follow recipes in English.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must maintain sanitation and health protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food to specifications before, during, and after hours of operations.
• Rotates and restocks pantry items ensuring FIFO.
• Checks par levels and maintains stock throughout the shift.
• Maintains sanitation and safety of work areas, surfaces, and equipment.
• Aids Sous Chef/Executive Chef and kitchen staff as needed.
• Assists with closing duties and kitchen cleanliness at shift end.
• Adheres to uniform standards and personal hygiene requirements.
