Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Line Cook role at a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience on hot line (Broiler, Sauté, Plancha) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Enlightened Hospitality culture across service.
• Maintain mise en place and station cleanliness throughout shift.
• Collaborate with expediters and culinary leaders for timely service.
• Demonstrate teamwork and eagerness to grow skills.
