The role requires flexibility in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work with others to deliver quality meals. Candidates should have at least two years in a high-volume kitchen, comfort with Word and Excel, and a high school diploma or GED.

• Monitor food quality by tasting and assessing appearance.
• Inventory, storage and distribution of food and supplies.
• Purchase food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Prepare and portion foods and utilize leftovers.
