Job summary

Puttshack USA, headquartered in Chicago, IL, is hiring a Line Cook to support an upscale, tech-infused hospitality concept. You will prepare, plate, and garnish menu items, while setting up stations and upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in high volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen tools such as knives, grills.
• Must obtain licenses per state/local requirements.
• Ability to communicate to perform and follow job requirements safely and effectively.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and plate menu items according to recipes and requests.
• Set up the station and maintain sanitation standards.
• Communicate food delays or issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and MSDS.
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including opening and closing duties.
