Qualifications

• 3+ years of fine-dining restaurant or hotel cooking experience.
• Breakfast experience is a must.
• Experience across Garde Manger, Fry, Sautee and Grill stations.
• Able to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes at Garde Manger, Fry, Sautee and Grill stations.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, FIFO and safety standards.
• Follow recipes and company quality guidelines.
• Support the service team to meet guest needs promptly.
