Responsibilities

• Execute all menu recipes with precision and consistency.
• Prepare dishes per guest requests and timing standards.
• Maintain clean, organized station and comply with food safety procedures.
• Prioritize tickets and manage pacing during high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house for smooth service.
• Uphold plate presentation standards.
• Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and storage.
• Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
