Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Prefer high school graduate
• 1 yr of food preparation and/or kitchen experience
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow recipes
• Dependable, honest, trustworthy, possesses integrity
• Positive attitude and great personal drive
• Courteous and enthusiastic
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and guest services skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Successful completion of General Team Member Training Certification
• Successful completion Line Cook Training Certification
• Availability to work on weekends
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service through fast, accurate food production to company standards
• Test food for taste, appearance, and consistency to ensure standards
• Keep kitchen clean and maintain equipment
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items and ingredients
• Manage ticket orders and table groupings
• Prepare food for dine-in or to-go
• Learn new menu items and adjust cook times and assembly
• Support Back of House with prep, stocking, and equipment readiness
• Complete daily duties and maintain a positive attitude
• Maintain composure during peak periods to ensure standards
• Assist with inventory and ordering of food supplies
• Coordinate with other departments as needed
• Maintain proper temperatures and sanitation per Health Department standards
• Contribute to a professional team environment
