Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking an entry-level Food Prep Cook to gain on-the-job experience in cold food prep, sanitary workspace maintenance, and assisting cooks in the kitchen. You’ll be on your feet, with opportunities to work nights, weekends, and holidays while enjoying hotel-related perks.

You’ll prepare items per recipe cards, keep areas clean, and manage leftovers safely. Prior F&B experience helps but is not required, and a high-school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• F&B experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to recipe cards and correct handling procedures.
• Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas. Make sure that all stations are properly cleaned at end of shift.
• Use leftovers and maintain proper storage of leftovers on the hot food side.
