PILF Restaurant Group in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a motivated Line Cook for our fast-paced, high-energy kitchens. You will prepare and cook menu items, set up and break down your station, and maintain top quality and presentation.

You will work during high-volume service and communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth operations. You must thrive on teamwork, be able to stand for long periods, and be willing to contribute to prep and clean-up.

Qualifications

• Line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required; we will train the right people.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment as needed.
• Commitment to quality and consistency in food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Work the line efficiently during high-volume service
• Set up and break down your station properly each shift
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
• Assist with prep, stocking, and cleaning as needed
• Step in to support the team wherever needed because teamwork makes the dream crust
