Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team in Dallas. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with experience across multiple stations being a plus.

The role requires 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for quality presentation. Flexible shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen with multiple stations.
• Must be able to prep, cook, and plate dishes per recipes.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more.
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, and mixing.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen tools, surfaces, and equipment.
