Responsibilities

• Plan and direct food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Cook and serve all meals per guest specifications.
• Handle all food in compliance with health standards.
• Restock food supplies and maintain a clean, sanitary area.
• Ensure the quality of raw and cooked items on a regular basis.
• Follow all safety policies and report incidents to the manager.
