Job summary

Fox Hills Golf & Banquet Center is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role prepares high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. You will work with our culinary team to ensure timely service for members and guests.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, following recipes, labeling and storing food, and assisting with inventory and closing duties. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and consistent manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with food preparation, inventory organization, and kitchen closing duties.
• Properly label, store, and rotate food products.
• Work collaboratively with culinary and Food & Beverage team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
