Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is seeking a Full-time Line Cook / Head Cook to join a not-for-profit retirement community. You will prepare, cook and serve a variety of meals to residents and guests under strict sanitary standards, following recipes and prep sheets.

The role emphasizes teamwork with other food service staff, adherence to quality and safety protocols, and opportunities for ongoing professional development. Shift: 11a–7:30p; DailyPay available.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTC or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and prep sheets.

Responsabilités

• Reads menu to estimate food requirements and procures food from storage.
• Prepares and cooks food in accordance with company standards.
• Measures ingredients and uses kitchen equipment to prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, sauces and casseroles.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment and work area.
• Coordinates with other kitchen staff to prevent waste and ensure smooth service.
