Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Lakeland, FL is seeking a full-time Experienced Line Cook. We prize engaged team members who can follow standards, work with positive attitudes and contribute to a welcoming dining room.

You will prepare dishes to Harry's recipes, maintain a clean, organized station, and follow safety and sanitation practices. A high school diploma and at least one year of cooking experience are preferred, with flexible scheduling including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station.
