Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join a team that values engagement, skill and a positive attitude. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.
