Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team. This role focuses on preparing dishes to our standards, maintaining a clean station, and following safety guidelines in a dynamic kitchen environment.

We offer a comprehensive training program, flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends and holidays, and opportunities for growth. Prior food preparation experience and a high school diploma are appreciated as part of our hiring criteria.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• Strong knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required

• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
