Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook meals in collaboration with the kitchen team, adhering to established recipes and culinary standards.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets Health Department standards.
• Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies.
• Ensure dishes are presented attractively and appetizingly.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and food items for future service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to kitchen management.
• Handle and store food properly to prevent spoilage and minimize waste.
• Adhere to portion control standards and reduce food waste.
• Support training and mentorship of junior kitchen staff as needed.
