Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Collaborate with the Banquet Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery for events.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace meeting Health Department standards.
• Work with the kitchen team to optimize operations and efficiency in banquet production.
• Communicate effectively with servers and event planners to ensure seamless execution.
