You will prepare, stock, and maintain standards, follow sanitation rules, and contribute to a fast-paced dining experience. Minimum two years' line cook experience is required, with flexibility to cover mornings, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook experience.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains the highest quality cuisine.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Closes the kitchen properly and follows closing checklist.
• Reports all shortages or issues to Chef.
