Job summary

Somerby Golf Club in Byron, MN is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen under the direction of the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes, collaborate with a team, and contribute to a positive dining experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Cooking experience including line cook/ prep cook roles.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in completing assigned kitchen tasks.
• Familiar with industry best practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with supplies.
• Prepare food for service according to Executive Chef's specs.
• Cook menu items with the kitchen team.
• Follow instructions from Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
• Maintain clean stations and manage leftovers.
• Ensure timely, high-quality food delivery.
