Westmoreland Country Club, located in Export, PA, is seeking a driven full-time Line Cook to join a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property operated by Troon. The role offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow within a global golf and community management leader.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Benefits and advancement opportunities are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required; club, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.
• Strong fundamentals: knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and prep organization.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a full-time schedule.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Culinary education is a plus, but experience and work ethic matter most.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to club recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Perform daily prep duties to support service and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with banquets, weddings, tournaments, and special club events.
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team-driven kitchen.
• Take pride in consistency, timing, and plate presentation.
