Palihotel Melrose, part of the Palisociety family, is seeking a Line Cook for The Hart and The Hunter. You will prep, cook, plate, and keep your station guest-ready throughout service, delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.

We look for 1 year of line cook experience in a full-service or fast-casual setting, strong organization, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered as we expand nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1 year of line cook experience in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual kitchen.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and keep service moving.
• Collaborative team player who’s happy to pitch in across shifts.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up your station and complete daily prep, portioning ingredients by recipe specs.
• Cook and plate with technique and consistency as the menu evolves.
• Keep station and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Support teammates, cover stations, and help deliver prepped items to the line.
• Maintain a steady, positive attitude during service rushes.
