Palihotel Melrose, part of Palisociety, is seeking a Dishwasher to keep The Hart and The Hunter restaurant's kitchen clean and running smoothly in Los Angeles. You will wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and support a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and maintain all cooking equipment, cutlery, china, and glassware.
• Keep kitchen floors, the walk‑in fridge, and all food storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow the kitchen cleaning schedule and coordinate with Kitchen Management on equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Work positively and professionally with the kitchen team to keep operations smooth and the workplace enjoyable for all.
