True Food Kitchen in Walnut Creek is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations, maintaining quality and efficiency during busy service.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, excellent knife skills, and a passion for quality presentation. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations (Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill).
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment.
