Job summary

The Cliffs is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team in Arden, NC. You will work full-time in a fast-paced kitchen, learn from experienced chefs, and contribute to guest dining experiences with attention to quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a line cook.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, basic tools, and ingredients.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic food temperatures, proper handling and production.
• Able to follow recipes, manage allergens, and propose menu items.
• Basic knife skills and butchering techniques.
• Exhibits clean work habits and owns a safe, clean work area.
• Able to assist with weekly cleaning and maintenance duties.
