Qualifications

• Prior experience as a line cook.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred, with experience with kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, basic tools, small wares, culinary techniques, and ingredients specific to the location.
• Demonstrates knowledge of food temperatures, proper food handling and production.
• Shows passion for the culinary arts, continual learning and guest service.
• Able to follow recipes, make recipe conversions, consider food allergies, and propose menu items.
• Basic knife skills and butchering techniques.
• Maintains clean work habits and a safe, clean work area.
• Assists with weekly cleaning and maintenance duties.
