The Cliffs is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Keowee Springs in Six Mile, SC. This full-time role offers growth under experienced chefs within a prestigious community across multiple locations.

You will follow recipes, maintain food quality, and ensure safety and cleanliness while contributing to menu ideas and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a line cook is essential.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, techniques, and ingredients.
• Understanding of food safety protocols and proper handling.
• Passion for culinary arts and guest service.
• Ability to follow recipes, accommodate food allergies, and propose menu items.
• Proficiency in knife skills and butchering techniques.
• Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning and maintenance duties as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and observe personal cleanliness standards.
