Brother's at Willow Ranch is seeking full-time and part-time Line Cooks to join our culinary team. Pay will be based on experience. Applicants under 18 need a valid work permit and restrictions may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic food safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables for cooking.
• Assumes responsibility for quality of products served.
• Stocks and maintains food levels at line stations.
• Portions food according to standard sizes and recipes.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Follows plate presentation and garnish setup.
• Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly.
• Assists in off-peak food prep as needed.
• Attends meetings and contributes improvement ideas.
• Performs duties as assigned by Chef or Manager.
