Qualifications

• At least 1 year of line cook full-service experience in a non-fast food restaurant setting.
• A team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail.
• A commitment to quality food and service.

Responsibilities

• Reads menu and uses standardized recipes to prepare items for meals.
• Measures ingredients precisely and follows recipe modifications with guidance from supervisors.
• Tests and temp checks foods; follows ServSafe guidelines and HACCP procedures.
