Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant experience, grill preferred.
• Efficient and fast in a high-pressure setting.
• Team player with reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks for hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items according to SOP.
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Knows and complies with standard portion sizes and kitchen rules.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area and equipment.
• Attends team meetings and assists in closing the kitchen.
