The Halal Guys in Boston is seeking a motivated Line Cook to support a fast-paced kitchen focused on high-quality halal dishes. You will prepare all food items, maintain proper portions and methods, and ensure a clean, efficient station to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Experience with grill work is preferred and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant experience, specifically grill.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Fast-paced environment; reliable and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all items per SOP and ensure quality of products.
• Maintain proper portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen standards.
• Stock line stations for smooth service and manage mise en place.
• Keep a clean, sanitary work station and properly store items.
• Assist in food prep during busy periods and close the kitchen per checklist.
• Attend team meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
